One of Fr. Monan's final acts as president is his release of the report from the 1995-96 University Academic Planning Council, a 24-member campus-wide collective which meets regularly for more than a year to determine BC's new potential. The UAPC report details initiatives to bolster support for graduate education, research, undergraduate teaching, and BC's Catholic and Jesuit identity.
