Dr. John Sallis Coordinates a conference entitled "Painting Nature: The Art of Cao Jun"

"Painting Nature: The Art of Cao Jun" is a conference organized in conjunction with the current exhibition on the work of Chinese artist Cao Jun, curated by Prof. John Sallis, at the McMullen Museum of Art at Boston College.  The conference takes place February 23-24 at the McMullen Museum, and the speakers include scholars from China as well as the U.S.  The artist will also be present at the conference.  The conference is free and open to the public.
