Alumni Named Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin new director of food and beverage

Alumni Greg Sherman was appointed the new director of food and beverage for Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. He will oversee the complex’s multi-million dollar food and beverage operation, which comprises 23 restaurants.
