<h3><b>PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS</b></h3> <ul><li>The Lynch School of Education and Human Development (LSEHD) Research, Evaluation, and Measurement minor consists of 18 credits, 12 of which may not simultaneously be counted toward the BC core or other major/minor requirements.</li><li>The Research, Evaluation, and Measurement minor is designed to prepare students to design high-quality research studies, conduct rigorous statistical analyses, build valid survey and test instruments, and evaluate programs and policies. </li><li>This minor will develop students&#39; understanding of research and evaluation methods, and capacity to advance knowledge in ways that enhance the human condition and make the world more just.</li></ul>

<h3><b>Programs</b></h3> <ul> <li>Urban Catholic Teaching Corps (UCTC) trains students who want to intentionally and actively participate in formation as Catholic school teachers in urban settings. UCTC offers participants the opportunity for weekly faith sharing, three retreats a year, spiritual direction, pilgrimages, and full engagement in community living.<br> </li> <li>UCTC members complete a master’s degree in Curriculum &amp; Instruction and commit to a two-year teaching practicum in Boston’s Catholic schools serving urban students.&nbsp;</li> <li>Students who have completed a year in the Urban Catholic Teacher Corps are able to apply for dual degree programs throughout their educational journey<br> <ul> <li>M.A. in Theology &amp; Ministry</li> <li>M.Ed. in Educational Leadership &amp; Policy</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
