Profile

Lisa Wood-Magee, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, is associate dean of academic affairs and faculty development and a professor at the Connell School of Nursing. She earned her Ph.D. from MRC Institute of Virology, University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK, with doctoral training in molecular and cellular biology and post-doctoral training in cancer biology.

Dr. Wood-Magee is currently developing an interdisciplinary program of research aimed at understanding the mechanisms of fatigue and related symptoms in cancer. She is a long-time member and recent Chair of the NINR Initial Review Group.
