This program provides opportunities for students to receive appropriate support, reflect on current choices, and learn about strategies for making lower-risk choices around substance use at Boston College.

This program helps us learn easy strategies to optimize our digital well-being that will allow us to engage with technology more mindfully.

Healthy RA

We have many resources to help resident advisors ensure that their residents stay healthy, happy, and safe at Boston College.

BeWell: General health

This screening will help you learn more about your general wellness. You will be asked a series of questions about your behaviors, habits, and feelings. At the end of the screening, you will receive a score, which will indicate your strength and growth areas. 


ChooseWell: Substance use

This screening will help you learn more about your relationship with substances. You will be asked a series of questions about your behaviors, habits, and feelings as they relate to your substance use. At the end of the screening, you will receive a score, which will indicate your strength and growth areas.
