Doreen Richards brings over a decade of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and online education to her role as Learning Design Consultant. She served as Dean of Arts and Health Sciences at Labouré College, where she led program innovation, guided successful accreditation efforts, and fostered collaborative academic teams. At Boston College, she partnered with faculty as a Digital Teaching Support Specialist, helping to enhance courses with innovative technologies and effective teaching strategies. With 13 years of teaching experience in online and traditional classrooms, Doreen has a well-rounded understanding of diverse learner needs and a passion for creating engaging, accessible learning environments.

With a Doctor of Health Science (DHSc) and Master’s degrees in Online Instructional Design and Curriculum & Instruction, Doreen blends deep academic knowledge with real-world application. Her ability to align strategic goals with meaningful educational outcomes and her commitment to learner-centered environments make her an invaluable force in advancing innovative learning design.
