The National Science Foundation awarded a six-year, $1.78 million grant to Lynch School Associate Professor Lillie Albert and her BC math department colleagues from the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences for their project “Developing Exemplary Mathematics Teacher Leaders for High-Need Schools: Content, Equity and Leadership.” This grant reflects the success of an initiative launched in 2013 to prepare qualified and effective mathematics teachers.
