Biography

Kathleen Mansfield, RN, M.S., is a clinical instructor at the Connell School of Nursing. She is a pediatric nurse practitioner and has been working at Children’s Hospital in Boston since she graduated from Northeastern University. She received a master’s degree in nursing from Simmons College and worked for a number of years as a nurse practitioner. Mansfield began teaching at Boston College part time in 2004 and took a full time position in 2009. Her passion is teaching nursing students in a manner that is comfortable in order for them to learn how to care for the pediatric patient as well as the family involved.
