Kimberly Walton, an experienced executive and adjunct professor at Boston College, specializes in government administration and DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) consulting. As CEO of DiverseUSA, LLC, she focuses on creating inclusive workplace cultures and achieving diversity objectives. Her background includes significant roles in public administration, notably as Executive Assistant Administrator for Enterprise Support at the TSA, where she enhanced support services and operations for 62,000 employees. She also held key positions at the Department of Commerce, including Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Civil Rights.
Walton's commitment to diversity is evident in her founding of Women Executives at TSA (WE@TSA), an Employee Advocacy Council addressing challenges faced by women in the workplace.
