Profile

Dr. Karen Yeyinmen is an experienced global leadership coach and consultant with a passion for applying research-based models to radically transform people, teams, and organizations. She specializes in helping companies create dynamic, work-embedded growth systems that unleash strategic capacity at scale. Before launching her independent practice, Karen served in management and leadership roles at global finance, consulting, and pharmaceutical companies, most recently as a Senior Global Leadership Development Consultant at Novartis.

Karen earned her Ed.D. from Harvard University where she also served as editor and editorial board co-chair for Harvard Educational Review. She earned her M.B.A. in organization studies from Boston College and her B.A. in psychology from Brown University. Karen speaks, writes and teaches on management topics including leadership development, culture transformation, and team coaching. Her current research interests focus on innovations in leadership development and education, developmental applications of XR technologies, and new visions for healthcare administration and leadership.
