Theology
Jenna Whalley is a Ph.D. candidate in the Theology department of Boston College's Morrissey Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Since 2018, she has also served as an instructor in biblical studies for the Theology Department and the Woods College. Her research interests focus on the intersection between martyrdom traditions, identity formation, gender, and power-politics in early Christianity. In addition to her research and teaching commitments, she also works part-time for the Center for Teaching Excellence. She is passionate about teaching, developing inclusive pedagogical practices, and introducing students to the fascinating world of the Bible.
