Greg Thompson has over 15 years of experience working with HR Analytics in the Financial Services industry at Fidelity Investments. This includes hands-on experience as an analyst, partnering with HR professionals to use HR data to inform key business decisions. For the past 5+ years, Greg has managed a team of HR Analysts at Fidelity Investments and has set the strategy for how his organization can most effectively use HR data to support and enable HR Service Delivery.
At Woods College, Greg teaches a class on HR Analytics in the Master of Science in Leadership program.
Greg received his undergraduate degree at Boston College (Bachelor of Arts, English Literature) and his Master's degree in Business Administration at Northeastern University.
Greg, his wife Barbara, and their two sons live in Newton. Greg is excited to be back at Boston College and to be part of the amazing Woods College community!
