Drew Bonfiglio is co-founder of Emzingo, co-founder and ex-chair of B Local Boston, facilitator with Kaospilot (a Danish business and design school). Drew's focus is on people development and more human-centric ways of working. That usually means projects involving some or all of the following; facilitation, training, learning design, leadership development, and change management. Drew has been involved primarily with companies and universities that are pursuing a more just, equitable economic system using "business as a force for good."
