Real Estate Colloquium

The Boston College Real Estate Colloquium course will offer insight into diverse topics such as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), capital markets, leasing, brokerage, and development. Representatives from across the industry will converse with students and provide a comprehensive view of the intricacies of their work and the multiple disciplines that contribute to the industry. This course will give students an immersive experience beyond theoretical concepts and a view into the fundamentals of multiple topics and career paths. Uniquely, students are assigned to moderate discussions with invited speakers, creating additional connections between the academic and professional worlds.
