ISR's latest PhD

We congratulate Dr. Dev Joshi, who received his PhD hood from Prof. Michael Naughton at BC's 2019 Commencement ceremonies last Monday. Dr. Joshi successfully defended his thesis entitled

Artificial and Natural Disturbances in the Equatorial Ionosphere: Results from the MOSC Experiment and the C/NOFS satellite mission.

He was joined by two of his cousins to celebrate his accomplishment after the hooding ceremony.
