Due to Royale policies, all guests must be at least 21 years old and present a valid state ID or passport prior to entering the venue.
Tickets are non-refundable and are non-transferable. Exceptions will be made if you purchase a ticket and cannot attend due to being isolated or quarantined for Covid-19. Questions about these limited exceptions should be directed to Matt Razek, Associate Director of Student Programming, by emailing razek@bc.edu. Please reach out to Matt Razek (razek@bc.edu) if you do not have a phone to use for the mobile ticket.
Attendees at Royale must abide by all City of Boston mask and vaccine policies. Masks must be worn at all times unless attendees are actively eating or drinking. All attendees must present proof of vaccination to enter the facility. Even if students have received a vaccine exemption from BC, they must be vaccinated to enter Royale unless they have received an exemption from the City of Boston.
Transportation to and from Royale is not provided. Coat check is provided at no cost to attendees.
This event is 1 per BCID and is for BC Seniors 21+ only. No underclass students or non-BC guests will be permitted entry. BC ID’s will be checked at the door.
A limited number of tickets are available specifically for Montserrat students; students should be on the lookout for a separate email regarding this lottery.
The event will be capped at 1400 students and tickets will be first come, first served. We anticipate tickets will sell out so please plan accordingly.
The cost of student tickets covers entry to Royale from 5:30pm - 9:30pm, coat check, finger foods, and soft drinks/water. Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, cocktails) will be available for purchase.
Students must be prepared to show their ticket, a photo ID, and proof of vaccination in order to enter Royale.
