A large initiative has taken place on campus to create an integrated combination of architecture and green space throughout the Boston College Middle Campus. The recent renovation of the Quad completed a continuous path from the O'Neill Library to Stokes. The Plaza at O'Neill Library underwent a transformation last summer that included landscaping and the construction of a new pedestrian walkway leading to the Quad, while the opening of Stokes Hall in January provided another link.

In addition, the opening of the McNeil Garden provides students with a beautiful and relaxing area behind the link. Adjacent to College Road, the addition of the West Lawn provides a space for student groups and organizations to have gatherings as well as a nice space to spend a lunch on the tiered grassy area.

We hope you can join us on campus soon!
