Mike Cahalane is a partner with the law firm of Cetrulo LLP in Boston. He concentrates his practice in products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, toxic torts, asbestos litigation, premises litigation, mass torts, commercial disputes, and litigation management. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire. Mike's clients include both Fortune 500 companies and small family-run businesses in a wide variety of industrial and commercial sectors including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, building materials, industrial equipment and piping, automotive, and retail/distribution. Mike has successfully negotiated the resolution of hundreds of cases and regularly speaks and writes on negotiation and litigation strategy. Mike has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer and is rated AV (Preeminent) by Martindale Hubbell. He teaches a post-graduate course on occupational laws and compliance at Tulane University School of Public Health. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Rian Immigrant Center.
