Kerry has spent more than 15 years honing professional public speaking with groups from 20 to 2,500 and serving as the media-facing resource for her employers, and balances expertise as a Senior Director of Customer Success for a SaaS company with hands-on experience in the Emergency Management space. To date, Kerry’s advised over 550 agencies across the world as they planned for, monitored, and responded to critical events that could impact the public or members of a specific organization, including active aggressor events, wildfires, and cyber and terrorist attacks.
Kerry developed her company’s emergency alert program and protocols and has managed outreach and response as the Incident Response Coordinator during critical events. Her combined expertise in training and negotiating with stakeholders from the entry to board level in the private space and educational and professional experience in Emergency Management brings a unique perspective to Kerry’s class.
