Kerry Casey is a part-time Adjunct Professor at the Woods College of Advancing Studies. She is a double eagle, earning her M.S. and B.A. degrees from Boston College.

Kerry is a renowned global leader in the field of Talent Acquisition. She currently holds the position of Senior Director at PayPal, where she specializes in University recruiting, talent branding, and diverse hiring initiatives. Prior to her role at PayPal, she amassed a wealth of experience during her two-decade tenure at McKinsey & Company, culminating in her role as the Talent Acquisition Leader for the North American region. Before her time at McKinsey, Kerry spent five years as an Associate at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in the Equities and Asset Management divisions.
