Profile

Kerry McKeon completed her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio in December of 2021. She has worked as a legislative aide in the United States Senate, a public school teacher in Connecticut, and an English as a Second Language teacher overseas (Japan and Spain). She is interested in researching the links between language, cognition, and social action in political discourse and policy communications.
