Woods intern named BC's Romero Scholar

Boston College undergraduate Monica Sanchez, who immigrated to the U.S. as a child and aspires to be an immigration lawyer, has received BC’s 2020 Saint Oscar A. Romero Scholarship. Among other activities, she interned with the Latin American Sisters program, an initiative that brings women religious to Woods College for coursework and degree programs that will enhance their ministry.
