Our Counselors:
- Boston College Students: Many of our counselors are BC students with backgrounds in education, child development, and youth programs.
- Experienced with Children: Staff have experience in camp counseling, childcare, and working with various youth organizations.
- Training & Certifications:
- First Aid, CPR, and AED: Certified by the American Red Cross
- Lifeguards: Pool staff are certified in Lifeguarding/First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

- Background Checks: All staff undergo comprehensive background checks and provide positive references.
- Staff-to-Camper Ratios: We maintain low ratios to ensure personalized attention and supervision.
