Lauren Stiller Rikleen is a Visiting Scholar at the Boston College Center for Work & Family in the Carroll School of Management, the president of the Rikleen Institute for Strategic Leadership, and the immediate past chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Civil Rights & Social Justice. One of the country’s foremost thought leaders on the topics of millennials as well as women in the workplace, Rikleen, the mother of two 20-somethings, is the author of You Raised Us, Now Work With Us: Millennials, Career Success, and Building Strong Workplace Teams. Her experiences in the legal profession led her to author two other books: Ending the Gauntlet: Removing Barriers to Women’s Success in the Law and Success Strategies for Women Lawyers. Her publications also include more than 130 articles, commentaries, and op-eds.
