REGULATORY RADAR - As some states begin to relax coronavirus related restrictions, many employers are contemplating how to bring employees back to the office while keeping workers safe.

REGULATORY RADAR - Australia and the United Kingdom have released guidance for companies reporting to modern slavery disclosures during the coronavirus pandemic.

CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP - Portland, OR, has passed a ban on the use of facial recognition technology by private and public entities, including businesses.

REGULATORY RADAR - On September 22, 2020, President Trump issued an executive order prohibiting federal contractors and grantees from conducting diversity, inclusion, and implicit bias trainings.
