California senate passes first US law requiring corporate GHG disclosures
REGULATORY RADAR - In January 2022, the California senate passed the Climate Corporate Accountability Act (CCAA), the first law in the U.S. that would require large corporations to disclose the full extent of their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
