Maglalang Awarded Travel Scholarship

Doctoral Student Dale Arvy Maglalang was awarded a travel scholarship to attend the Ninth Biennial Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AA and NHPI) Health Conference on September 24, 2018.

The event is entitled, “Dismantling Stereotypes: Changing the Narrative,” at NYU. This travel scholarship is awarded to outstanding students, community leaders, and early career professionals across the nation working to promote health equity in AAs and NHPIs and to advance health disparities research in underrepresented AA and NHPI communities.
