Inclusive Excellence Funding

Ngozi Enelamah, Abril Harris, Dale Maglalang, Pooja Paul, Smitha Rao, and Dr. Margaret Lombe submitted a proposal for a grant that was accepted by the University Council on Teaching (UCT) for “inclusive excellence” projects this semester. The group used the grant to host a seminar for doctoral students (first generation students/people of color) on Saturday, April 6th. The workshop was titled: "Transforming the Ivory Tower: A Seminar to help Minority and First-Generation Doctoral Students in Social Work thrive."
