Carlos Andrade and Ignacio Eissmann Create New NGO

Carlos Andrade and Ignacio Eissmann have created a new Chilean NGO named “CISCAL” to promote the knowledge building regarding homelessness from two interconnected lines: intervention and research.

The acronym refers to “Centro de Investigación e Incidencia para el fin de la situación de calle en América del Sur”. In English, this means: “Center for Research and Advocacy for the end of the street situation in South America”. They will begin operating as an NGO this month.
