Vincent Fusaro publishes a paper the online edition of a special issue of Policy Studies Journal focused on racial justice

Vincent Fusaro, an assistant professor, published a paper titled “State Politics, Race, and ‘Welfare’ as a Funding Stream: Cash Assistance Spending Under Temporary Assistance for Needy Families” in the online edition of a special issue of Policy Studies Journal focused on racial justice. He also gave a presentation, titled “Systemic Racism and Welfare,” to the Lift Our Kids community coalition to help the coalition consider how to integrate racial justice issues into its advocacy work.
