Fusaro testifies before mass legislature

Assistant Professor Vincent Fusaro testified in July before the Massachusetts Legislature’s Joint Committee on Children, Families, and Persons with Disabilities regarding a bill titled An Act to Lift Kids out of Deep Poverty, which proposes to gradually increase Temporary Aid to Families with Dependent Children benefits until payments equal 50 percent of the federal poverty level for household size.
