Timothy Williams wins the Dudley Seers Memorial Prize

Timothy Williams, a part-time faculty member in the Boston College School of Social Work, has won the Dudley Seers Memorial Prize for best article published in the Journal of Development Studies in 2019. The article is titled “The things they learned: aspiration, uncertainty, and schooling in Rwanda's developmental state.”
