Maggi Price receives career development award from the National Institute of Mental Health

Maggi Price, an assistant professor, has received a four-year, $775,000 career development award from the National Institute of Mental Health to create a virtual training program to teach therapists how to provide gender-affirming care to their young clients.

Her online program will train nearly 40 therapists at the Boston Child Study Center, which works to improve the lives of kids and families in Massachusetts and California.
