BC Sociology Alumna Received National Award

The National Art Education Association (NAEA) announced BC Sociology PhD alumna Patricia Leavy, '02 is the recipient of the 2018 Distinguished Service Outside the Profession. Dr. Leavy is the first sociologist to receive this honor. Previous recipients include Nelson Rockefeller, Jacqueline Kennedy, and Vice President Hubert Humphrey.
