

Melissa Buckheit is a MA graduate student in Irish Studies and English and a poet, translator and dancer/choreographer. Her research interests include early and late modern Ireland, postcolonialism, Indigenous studies, Environmental Humanities, Romanticism & the Gothic, Gender studies and Metaphysics/Phenomenology. She is also a Writing Fellow through the Department of English. She is the author of Noctilucent, among other books and previously taught creative writing, composition, literature and Shakespeare at colleges in the Southwest for over ten years.
