Isaac Handley-Miner won a $500 graduate student travel award to present his work at the 2022 Society for Personality and Social Psychology conference. His project is entitled, "Nothing but the truth?: Exploring the role of intent in lay conceptions of truth." This project hopes to shed light on disagreements in the "post-truth era" by investigating whether the notion of intent is baked into how people think about truth.
