MBA Alumni Startup Included in Latest Crop of TechStars

A Carroll School–spawned startup, Wunderite, has been accepted into the 2020 class of TechStars Boston. One of the world’s premier seed accelerators, TechStars is an intensive, three-month program that provides startup founders with access to mentorship and capital. Wunderite, a tech tool for independent insurance agents, is the brainchild of founder and CEO Peter MacDonald, MBA ’19, an insurance broker for the past decade. The company’s co-founder and COO is Joe Schnare, MBA ’19. Their goal is to replace old-fashioned paperwork and email chains with an intuitive platform that allows agents to make deals and file claims with 21st-century speed and efficiency.
