Brand marketing magazine AdWeek asked CSOM seniors for their biggest questions about “ad-tech”—a sector already struggling before coronavirus upset global markets—and published the Q&A online. The students, all in Accenture Professor Kay Lemon’s applied marketing management course, pitched inquiries ranging from consumer privacy limitations to possible career paths, and got candid answers from Ben Lamm, co-founder and CEO of Austin-based technology company Hypergiant. The bottom line: ad-tech is facing tough challenges, but they’re worth tackling.
