But that’s just a sign of leaving one’s comfort zone, which is a good thing. “Growth doesn’t happen in comfortable places,” wrote Meninger, an executive coach who specializes in women’s leadership. Also a 1997 Morrissey College graduate, she visited the Carroll School in November to offer lessons for undergraduate women on navigating male-dominated fields.
