Get connected as soon as possible. I am a huge believer in the saying "your network is your net worth." Whether you are looking for a career change or want to grow your network within your current profession, there is always someone who can help you reach the next level along with the education you are receiving. I would also say, don't be afraid to sign up for different classes you may have not taken in undergrad. The MBA program is your blank canvas, so paint something that is meaningful to you.
