I always wanted to go to BC. Before applying, I had only heard great things about the University, especially its community and alumni network, as well as the strong academic curricula. What was your favorite BC MBA event?
I liked the BC Business Day event for admitted students. I got to meet my soon-to-be classmates and friends, as well as my career advisor and the admissions team. The event planted that “BC feeling” in me—the feeling of being part of a great community that is truly inclusive and welcoming.

Take advantage of the many opportunities BC has to offer. There are many ways to get involved and take on leadership positions within the BC community. BC provides a highly collaborative environment and I’ve found that everyone, from peers to professors to the administration, is willing to help you succeed.

What surprised me about the BC MBA was how much I enjoyed learning about subjects that I previously did not have interest in, or thought I did not have interest in. The BC MBA curriculum stands out because of its emphasis on data analytics that can be applied across industries and job functions. I felt sufficiently prepared entering the workforce with this new knowledge that I had gained through the program.
