Fall 2024 Retreat

Tuesday, December 10 - Wednesday, December 11

The registration for the Fall retreat opens on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. EST and the deadline to register is Monday, December 2nd, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST

Spring 2025 Retreat

Saturday, May 3 - Sunday, May 4

The registration for the Spring retreat opens on Saturday, February 1st, 2025at 9:00 a.m. EST and the deadline to register is Friday, April 25th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST

  • Enjoy an open and flexible schedule to study, eat home-cooked meals, and rest at your own pace.
  • Retreatants will have a private room with a desk and access to shared study space with ocean views.
  • Opportunities for prayer and reflection, including spiritual direction and Mass, with contemplative offerings including art, meditation, and movement.
  • Study by the Sea is offered at the end of both the fall and spring semester.
  • Transportation is provided.

All undergraduate students are welcome to participate in the Study by the Sea Retreat. The retreat is rooted in the Catholic, Ignatian tradition, and is open to students of all faith backgrounds. Space is limited, so please apply as soon as possible. 

*Please Note: Undergraduate students are asked only to register and attend ONE Study by the Sea Retreat per academic year, to best accommodate increased student interest. Thank you for your cooperation!

The cost of the retreat is $50, including lodging, food, materials, and transportation.
