An essential goal of the Center for Child and Family Policy is to build upon Boston College’s already-extensive set of local, national, and international community partnerships. Community partners serve multiple roles in the center, fostering deep collaborations with a robust group of researchers, policymakers, and practitioners across the world:
To support the Child Policy and Leadership fellows, partners present their work in the CPL seminar series to share insights from the field. Partners also host CPL fellows for summer internships, providing key learning opportunities and mentorship and expanding the professional experiences of Boston College CPL fellows.
The center works with partners to further evidence-building through collaborative research and evaluation projects, research translation and dissemination, and field-building initiatives.
