Explore and synthesize complex legal, policy, and research aspects of critical age-work-related issues. Some provide information that can help state leaders examine the connection between aging and work and how the changes in the labor force participation of older adults affect individual states. Others provide a general overview of the policy context of a particular country, including the major legislation affecting quality of employment. These country context policy briefs also include a contextual focus providing further insight into the dynamics of employment and policy within that country.

Letter to Congress
In November 2017, over 100 experts in aging and work signed a letter urging Congress to address the nation’s caregiving crisis and support paid family and medical leave. Less than a week later, "The Hill" published “Considering a National Paid Leave Policy,” an essay on the proposal, by Jacquelyn James and Jennifer Greenfield.
