Alison MacNeil, LICSW graduated from Smith College Graduate School of Social Work in 1994. Since then Alison has practiced Outpatient Psychotherapy with adults severely impacted by major mental illness, trauma and addiction through the MA Department of Mental Health, Family Service of Greater Boston, Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center and in her current position as a Clinical Social Worker at the Freedom Trail Clinic in Boston, MA, a program designed specifically for patients with Schizophrenia. Alison has been in Private Practice in Cambridge, MA since 1996. She has been a Faculty Field Advisor at Boston College SSW beginning in 1997 and as an Adjunct Professor she teaches SCWK8868 Dialectical Behavior Therapy in Clinical Practice.
