Abril Harris successfully defends her dissertation

Abril Harris successfully defended her dissertation on August 9. The title of her dissertation is: "‘It was something about me’: Internalized oppression, conscientization and post-assault processes among sexual assault survivors."

Harris has also accepted a position at the University of Washington as an assistant professor in the School of Social Work.
