Teixeira gives roundtable presentation on youth participatory research

Assistant Professor Samantha Teixeira was invited to give a roundtable presentation on “Youth Participatory Research: Ethical Considerations and Lessons Learned from Experience” at the American Public Health Association Annual Meeting in November. At the CSWE Annual Program Meeting in October, she presented at paper sessions on “A View from All Sides: Preparing Students for Community-Engaged Research” with doctoral candidate Kerri Evans, PhD ’20, and “The SparkShare Project: Moving Youth Organizations from Local Activism to Regional Impact” with doctoral student Kimberly Hokanson, PhD ’21.
