Kumar Studies Sustainable Energy in India

Assistant Professor Praveen Kumar co-authored a paper, “Do solar study lamps help children study at night? Evidence from rural India,” in the journal Energy for Sustainable Development. In collaboration with Boston College Professor of Chemistry Dunwei Wang, Kumar received a two-year grant from the Indian government to strengthen sustainable energy collaborations between BC and the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
