Maggi Price quoted in CNN

Maggi Price, an assistant professor in the Boston College School of Social Work, was recently quoted in a CNN article titled " How chatbots are being used to train crisis counselors."

In the article, Price said she sees potential to use chatbots to train counselors, particularly those who work with transgender clients.

"There's such a mental-health crisis right now and there's such a dearth of resources in gender-affirming care, LGBTQ-affirming care, specifically," she said. "I think overall it sounds really promising."
